This Refund & Warranty Policy (the “Policy”) governs all returns, refunds, and warranties of products purchased through The Sleep Vault online store (the “Store”). By placing an order with The Sleep Vault, you agree to be bound by this Policy, in addition to our Terms of Service.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our Vault Blackout Blinds.
1. RETURN PROCESS
1.1 To initiate a return or warranty claim, contact us at support@thesleepvault.com with your order number and reason for return.
1.2 We will provide you with detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted.
1.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
1.4 Shipping fees originally paid at checkout are non-refundable.
2. REFUND TIMELINE
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
2.2 Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
2.3 Delays caused by your bank, credit card company, or payment provider are outside our control.
3. 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – VAULT NECKRELIEF PILLOW
We want you to enjoy the benefits of true cervical alignement without risk.
3.1 You may return your Vault NeckRelief Pillow within 90 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied.
3.2 Products may be installed and used during this period; however, they must be returned in good condition, meaning they show signs of normal use only and no damage, breakage, or alteration that affects functionality.
3.3 Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.

4. 90-DAY PRODUCT WARRANTY – VAULT NECKRELIEF PILLOW
We guarantee the durability and performance of your Vault NeckRelief Pillow.
4.1 Your purchase is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects and failures occurring under normal use.
4.2 If a defect arises within this period, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the defective component free of charge, or

Replace the entire product if necessary.
4.3 This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
4.4 To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@thesleepvault.com with photos or videos of the defect and your order number.
5. STANDARD 6-MONTH QUALITY WARRANTY – VAULT BLACKOUT BLINDS
All Vault Blackout Blinds come with a 6-month quality warranty included with your purchase.
This warranty covers:
- 6-Month Product Warranty: Any defects or failures under normal use will be repaired or replaced at no cost within the 6-month period.
5.1 This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal, intended use of the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors.
5.2 As each set of blinds is custom-made to your exact specifications, all sales are final and non-returnable.
To request a repair or replacement, please contact us at support@thesleepvault.com with your order details and a description (or photos) of the issue.
6. OPTIONAL 2-YEAR EXTENDED QUALITY WARRANTY – VAULT BLACKOUT BLINDS
Customers may purchase an optional 2-Year Extended Quality Warranty at checkout.
6.1 This extension replaces the standard 6-month quality warranty with a 24-month coverage that includes:

24-month Product Warranty: Any defects or failures under normal use will be repaired or replaced at no cost within the 24-month period.
6.2 The extended warranty must be purchased at the time of order and is non-transferable.

7. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at support@thesleepvault.com.
8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards or digital downloads.

Final sale or clearance items.

Products showing damage, misuse, or alterations beyond normal use.
